per.neuropathy in feet

Iwas told several years ago that I had peripheral neuropathy in my lower nerves, and today it effects my feet and in the last 6-7 weeks,my right arm and had are starting to get effected.No DR. around here to manage this.I am at the top of my medication,can't take any higher dosage.NOW what???
