Tired of having muscle spasms.

Hello: I have a condition in my neck by my shoulder that has severe muscle spasms and pain at times. It seems to come and go. Some days no pain at all and some pain is severe. At times it will spread to my back along both sides of my spine and onto my chest. It is strange because it is unpredictable. I can be working and doing ok then all of a sudden spasms and pain in my neck is how it usually starts. Just tired of the pain and spasms.
