I have a bad disc at L5/S1 that I think is causing numbness, throbbing in my left pinky toe. It's much worse when I go outside and my foot gets hot. I've been soaking the foot in water with some ice (abut 70 degree water) to cool it down. Can this hurt the nerves in my foot or this temperature ok?
