HI gilbert ,the pain is real bad at nite.the weather really affects me.I use to love summer time now i stay in most of the time.It has been almost two years since i have felt the floor with my feet.Its almost like someone gave me a shot of novicane in my feet and legs.Went to doc two weeks ago and he said i would never get the feelings back. He said it wont get worse but it wont get better either.I have tried about eight different meds and nothing seems to work for me.The pain meds just make me drowsy and i feel drunk when i take them.My family says i have just given up but its so hard to stand on my feet.They dont understand i just cant do the things i use to do.The burning and itching feeling i get in my legs drive me crazy.I cant help me wonder what the difference is between small fiber neuropathy and ms.If you know i would glad if you share what ever info you have. thanks annette
